Project
Alpha is a Customer-Experience Transformation and innovation toolbox. It is a toolbox containing all you need to achieve Superior
Customer Interaction.
Project Alpha was developed using Six Sigma- the DFSS (Design for Six
Sigma) method also known as the DMADV approach. It is a Process Generation
project based on Six Sigma methodologies aimed at achieving Exceptional
Customer Interaction capable of retaining old and attracting new Customers. It
is a product of more than 7 years’ research work; a research work that involved
studying how Customers are handled and designing a standard professional
customer-centric approach of how they should be handled.
Project Alpha can be compared to a First Aid box
and a Mathematical set.
A First Aid Box is a collection of necessary
tools and equipments that can be used to administer first aid. A Mathematical
set contains necessary simple items required for mathematical calculations.
Project Alpha is a
box on which is written “Superior Customer
Interaction”. It is a collection of tools and processes that, if applied, will
result in the attainment of Superior Customer Interaction to help you retain
and attract new Customers.
